The project involved the provision of technical input into bulk earthworks solutions including geotechnical investigations, surface water management and resultant earthworks designs for the refinery and residue storage facilities as part of the definitive feasibility study. Various specialist consultants were engaged and managed to perform key design roles for both the Ta Khoa Refinery and Ban Phuc Nickel Mine.
