We have developed significant experience based on first-hand experience through the management of the closure of the Kelian Gold Mine in Indonesia.

This project was the first of its kind and involved the management of key specialist consultants including hydrologists, geotechnical engineers, wetland and environmental scientists, earthworks supervision and engineering teams and bulk earthworks contractors.

During this project, AMA developed hands on experience and brought their mining and civil expertise in a management capacity. Since then we have been involved in a number of projects providing high level mine closure concept planning, estimating and supervision both at a study and execution phase.
